A wine family situated in the south Libournais between Creon and Saint -Emilion. This wine is made in the traditional way and is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. The color is a deep violet , the bouquet is rich and complex , the taste is well balanced with elegant tanins. Drinks very well with meat, charcuteries and French cheese. Best served at a temperature between 16- 20 deg. Celcius.
