There's a wine paradise south of Santiago in the Colchagua Valley. Luminous skies, hot days, cool nights, the Andes to the east. Pacific to the west and Chardonnay in between. This one's all about the fruit. Its home is an organic vineyard where the workers drive bikes not cars! The wine conveys refreshing citrus aromas with notes of peach, softy toasty oak and mineral hints. Good with seafood or pasta.
