From a strong background in the wine industry, Michael Dinn and Heidi Noble entered the winemaking world in 2003. Noble Blend was made in the spirit of Edelzwicker or Gentil, the traditional Germanic-varietal blend of the Alsace region of France. The literal translation of Edelzwicker is “a noble blend”. Gorgeous blend featuring lush peach, honeysuckle, and pink grapefruit aromas. A touch of botrytis adds richness, complementing the minerally, white pepper finish. Perfect summer sipper!
