Bet you'll love this Washington white. Amavi which means love in Latin is situated in the Columbia Valley. Critics are smitten with this Semillon scoring it in the 90s. It's very rich and intense bursting with fruit and hints of pineapple and green citrus with an excellent balance and a long, pure finish. Try it with Asian-styled salmon, scallops wrapped in prosciutto or even turkey. Lovely.
