Viottolo Sentiero 2004

Viottolo reds are the super-rare, finest RedHeads wines, made by founding talent Justin Lane on antique equipment. The RedHeads are a group of young winemakers dedicated to making brilliant reds. The Sentiero must be tasted to be believed. It is an unusual blend (at least by Australian standards) of 40% Cabernet Sauvignon and 60% Barbera aged in 100% American oak. 95 points from Robert Parker.
