PICK
There are many ways to pick your products:
- QUICK SEARCH combs through the entire inventory looking for wine, beer and liquor. You can type a specific name, or you can search according to category and price, for example, red wines between $15 and $25.
- WINE SEARCH is devoted to, you guessed it, wines only. It allows you to search again by name, or to narrow your search by a variety of options. For example, use this tab to search for Shiraz from Australia, under $15.
- SCOTCH SEARCH focuses on single malts. Here you can look for all 30 year old single malts, for example, or all malts produced by Dalwhinnie.

- When you find a product you like, indicate the quantity you want and click ADD TO BASKET.
- ADD TO FAVORITES lets you keep a list of your favorite items so that you can re-order them in the future. Your Favorites list also makes an excellent Gift Registry! (You need to be registered or logged in to do this. Just follow the screen instructions.)
- If an OUT OF STOCK, ORDER IT button appears, you can still choose your quantity and click the button. The item shows in your Shopping Basket as something we need to order for you.
- ORDER IT items may have a minimum quantity requirement and may be subject to price change.

- If you leave the website before going through the checkout process, your selections are saved in Your Basket until your next visit only if you are logged in.
Quickly move through the checkout steps, submit your order and we call you within one business day to confirm everything and secure payment. Each page of the checkout has instructions so we won't repeat them here. But here is a summary of the basic steps:
- Click YOUR BASKET in the page masthead.
- View Basket Contents shows you everything in your basket and allows you to change, empty, continue shopping or proceed.
- Checkout Preferences gives you the option to register, log in, or shop simply.
- Pickup or Delivery is where you indicate delivery or pick-up preferences. There is a direct link to delivery pricing info here.
- Payment Contact confirms who pays for the order. You do not pay online. We call you after your order is submitted.
- Gift Options lets you choose gift wrapping options, write gift card text, and so on.
- Order Summary gives you the opportunity to confirm all of your choices and submit, or go back and make changes. Submit sends your order form to our Customer Service Team who will contact you within one business day to confirm your order and secure payment.
- Payment is completed offline. When you submit an order, we call you within one business day to confirm your order and discuss payment. Then you pick-up your order at our retail store or have it delivered.
- Legal regulations prevent us from shipping any liquor products outside Alberta. We have many loyal customers outside of the province who make their own pick-up arrangements, but we cannot do that for you.
- We cannot guarantee same day pick-up or delivery, but we promise to do our best to accommodate your needs. When your order is submitted, we will discuss any special pick-up or delivery timelines on the phone with you.
- Finally, our website is updated every hour so, for the most part, our inventory numbers are accurate. When we are out of stock on an item we can either order it for you, or recommend a good substitute.
