Where are you located?
Our retail store is located in Calgary, Alberta, in the trendy neighbourhood of Kensington. The street address is 1257 Kensington Road NW, Calgary, Alberta, Canada. We are only minutes from downtown and have plenty of parking available for your convenience behind our store. >

What are your Store Hours?

Monday - Wednesday 10:00 am - 8:00 pm

Thursday & Friday 10:00 am - 9:00 pm

Saturday 10:00 am - 8:00 pm

Sunday 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm
We are open on most holidays except Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Day, Easter Sunday and Easter Monday.

Do you have a monthly Wine Club?
If that�s what you want to call it�yes we do! But we call it the KWM Gift Club. You can send yourself or a loved one monthly wine treats. What is the history of the Kensington Wine Market?

Do you offer wine tastings?
Yes, and we offer tastings of single malts too! To look at our schedule, check out In-Store Tastings. Most Saturday afternoons from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. you can also enjoy informal wine tastings. Come in and ask an expert about the wine we are sampling that day.

Can I book a private corporate tasting?
Yes. Private tastings can be arranged either at our store or at a location of your choice. For our in-store tastings, we can accommodate groups of 20 people for sit-down functions or 30 people for stand-up/cocktail style functions. Read more....

Absolutely. We have quite a reputation for beautiful gift packages. Not only can we help you pick the perfect gift, we will be happy to wrap your gift in one of our signature bags, boxes, baskets or crates. Read more...

Can I purchase empty gift boxes?
Our specially-crafted Kensington Wine Market gift boxes and crates are available with a purchase only.

Do you give discounts?
Yes. We give a standard 5% discount on orders of 12 or more bottles of wine. Not all wine is discountable. To be eligible for our quarterly 10% newsletter discount, go ahead and subscribe to our email list. Want to read the fine print on our discount policy?

What forms of payment do you accept?
We do not accept online payment. When you pick-up your order at the retail store you can pay with: cash, debit, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We do not accept personal cheques. Yes, please do! Contact questions@kensingtonwinemarket.com and we will respond as quickly as possible. We reserve the right to edit or not publish your inquiry.

If I know the name of the wine I want, how to do I find it?
That's easy. If you know the product name, click on the Quick Search tab at the left of your screen and type the name in the Name box, then click Search. Don't worry if your spelling is a bit fuzzy! If you know a few details about a particular bottle, use the Category and Price options in the Quick Search area and then scan the results. Or narrow your search using the options available in Wine Search or Scotch Search.

How do I plan a corporate event?
Use our online tools to connect with one of our staff and let us help you do it right. We suggest you begin by clicking on Contact Us. you can give us an outline of your needs and then we call you to fine-tune the details.

Do you deliver?
Our provincial liquor laws dictate that we cannot ship orders outside of Calgary. But we deliver within Calgary city limits. That's the quick answer, but there is more. For details, read our delivery policy.
